Are prices in USD?
All plan prices are listed in USD and billed monthly unless stated otherwise in your contract. Enterprise agreements can define different billing terms in the order form.
Is there a free trial?
Growth includes a 14-day free trial. The trial period is configured via STRIPE_GROWTH_TRIAL_DAYS and applied automatically at checkout. Enterprise-led onboarding may have different trial terms confirmed by sales.
What counts as an event?
An event is one tracked AI inference request submitted to CostLynx with usage metadata — provider, model, input tokens, output tokens, and attribution labels where available.
How do savings work?
Savings opportunities are recommendations, not automatic changes. Estimates combine your ingested usage with pricing resolution (organisation overrides, billing-sourced rates, or public list prices). CostLynx runs suitability evaluation (simulated by default) so you can validate model fit before any change.
How are prices estimated?
When workspace pricing overrides and billing-sourced rates are configured, estimates prefer your organisation's data. When not, public list prices are used and labelled. Actual invoices may differ based on your provider agreements, discounts, and taxes.
How does multi-team attribution work?
Cost attribution is label-driven. Send feature, project, and environment context with each event, and CostLynx uses those labels for reporting, budgeting, and alerts.
How do security and procurement reviews work?
CostLynx supports standard enterprise diligence including security documentation, questionnaire response, and contractual reviews. DPA and procurement workflows are handled through your legal and procurement contacts with the CostLynx team.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move between self-serve plans as usage changes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing boundary unless your agreement specifies immediate proration.
